Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. When using the Claimo app, the contract is generally concluded upon completion of registration.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email):

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you in connection with this contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Because Claimo's current app structure does not require any deposit, purchase price, or subscription for registration and use, no monetary reimbursements will generally arise.

Withdrawal ends the basis for further use of the Claimo account. Any open redemption requests for PayPal payouts or digital vouchers will be cancelled, provided they have not already been paid out or dispatched. Gems already reserved will be taken into account as part of the wind-down process; if the entire usage agreement is withdrawn from, the account, including any associated in-app values, may be closed.

Personal data will be deleted or blocked following a withdrawal, unless its continued processing is necessary to process the withdrawal, to prevent fraud and misuse, to fulfil legal obligations, or to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Special Notices on Digital Services and Rewards

Gems, Tickets, XP, Streaks, and comparable in-app values are part of the Claimo account. They are not legal tender and may only be redeemed in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Redemption requests are initially reviewed manually within the app. Until this review is completed, you may contact us at support@claimo-app.com if you wish to cancel a redemption request.

For digital voucher codes or other digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely under the applicable legal requirements. Claimo will inform you separately during the relevant redemption process whenever such premature expiry applies.
